is a specialized, team-delivered service for individuals experiencing the most severe and disabling symptoms of a major mental illness, such as schizophrenia. The ACT team works in a highly integrated way with each consumer to assist in keeping them out of the hospital and focused on their recovery plan.
The Brunswick-based ACT team is available twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week and serves clients from Lincoln County to northern Cumberland County.
